What will a day in the life of a Shop Manager involve?
- Leading a team to deliver an outstanding shopping experience.
 
- Managing both front-of-house and behind-the-scenes operations.
 
- Creating an engaging shop layout that connects customers to our cause.
 
- Meeting financial targets and overseeing staff and volunteer training.
 
- 
Representing the British Red Cross with professionalism and heart.
 
To be a successful Shop Manager, what will you need?
- Retail experience at a supervisory level, with strong customer service and cash handling skills.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
- A results-driven mindset with entrepreneurial flair.
- Solid IT skills and confidence using a PC.
- 
Passion for the British Red Cross mission and the ability to promote the shop locally as the go-to charity retailer.
