Context
The Tech Volunteers for Resilience (Tech4R) programme mobilizes skilled digital volunteers to co-create open-source solutions that strengthen disaster resilience. This assignment focuses on building digital tools and dashboards that support real-time decision-making in disaster contexts.
Youth centers across Ukraine are being restored and rebuilt following the destruction caused by the conflict.
To ensure inclusivity and accessibility in recovery processes, Tech4R and UNDP Ukraine are co-developing a digital self-assessment tool based on the Recommendations on Universal Design Principles for Youth Centers, created collaboratively by youth, youth workers, and experts.
The Team Lead will coordinate a multidisciplinary team of community UN Volunteers (developers, UX/UI designers, accessibility experts, and translators) to design, test, and deliver the tool, ensuring it meets accessibility standards and is user-friendly for center managers and youth representatives.
