Do you have a passion for providing an exceptional candidate experience and ensuring our hiring experience is one to remember? Our in-house recruiting team is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to help ensure our hiring process is seamless from application to offer. In this role you will work with the division recruiter and various hiring teams within the Division, to support the recruitment process for our non-term limited mid-level positions. Coordinators interact closely with candidates, hiring managers as well as our Talent Acquisition Operations team, to ensure an exceptional candidate experience and timely process for all. You will be responsible for creating postings, coordinating kick off calls, candidate outreach, interview preparation & logistics, debrief calls, and data management. The recruiting coordinator will also help with miscellaneous projects including gaining experience in conducting phone screens and other talent acquisition related activities.

What You’ll Bring:
Associates degree, HR professional certification, or 4 years recruiting-related experience, or equivalent combination.
Experience managing multiple calendars and inboxes, coordinating and scheduling meetings or interviews, booking travel and accommodations, managing reimbursements, and setting up or launching meetings in zoom or other platforms across multiple time zones.
Experience maintaining files, processing paperwork, data entry or related.
Experience responding to employee or customer inquiries.
Experience communicating and developing relationships with a broad range of audiences
Experience working with applicant tracking system or database software.
Experience working with MS Office software
Experience working well under pressure and under tight deadlines.
Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
Salary Information:
The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $30-38/hour. This range only applies to candidates whose country of employment is the USA. Where a successful candidate’s actual pay will fall within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including, for example, the candidate's location, qualifications, specific skills, and experience. Please note countries outside the USA would have a different pay range in the local currency based on the local labor market, and not tied to USA pay or ranges. Your geographic location will be confirmed during the recruitment.
