ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Director of T&KM's role covers the following main responsibilities:

Dedicated Knowledge Management Infrastructure
- Lead organizational knowledge architecture by designing, developing, and maintaining the firm’s centralized, cross-functional knowledge ecosystem. This includes explicit responsibility for the creation and management of:
- The 'SG Library/Wiki (Knowledge Hub)' for institutional practices
- A 'Research Hub' for best practices and data
- Establish best practices and governance by enforcing sustainable documentation and knowledge-sharing practices to ensure institutional knowledge is captured and readily accessible to all staff, especially client teams preparing proposals or managing projects
Core Technology Strategy & Implementation
- Provide technical expertise and leadership for system deployment and optimization, including the strategic integration, development, and deployment of core internal systems (e.g., Balanced Scorecards) and other critical technologies
- Drive AI integration by leading the strategy for integrating AI tools and methodologies across the organization to enhance research, analysis, and service delivery capabilities, improving the speed and quality of client work
- Maintain and continually improve the organization’s scalable, secure, and resilient IT infrastructure management
AI and Technology Thought Leadership
- Demonstrate external leadership by positioning the organization as a recognized thought leader in AI for the social sector, actively sharing insights and innovative technological approaches with clients and the broader community, enhancing the firm's brand and pipeline.
- Provide internal expertise by serving as the organizational lead for broader technology and AI strategy, advising the leadership team on emerging trends
QUALIFICATIONS

- Demonstrated talent in leading the development, deployment, or strategic integration of core enterprise technologies and internal systems
- Experience applying knowledge management principles to support business development, sales, or client relationship management (CRM) in a service-based organization
- Strong understanding of AI and its applications, with experience translating emerging technologies into practical organizational value
- Experience in designing, building, and managing centralized knowledge repositories (e.g., intranets, wikis, or dedicated hubs)
- Interested in and committed to being part of positive change in the world;
- Creative problem-solving, strong collaboration, and willingness to work across teams to improve client results
