​The Project Manager for Communications and Awareness-Raising will lead the planning, coordination and implementation of communication and public awareness interventions under the Migration Partnership Facility (MPF). Reporting to the Senior Project Manager and working closely with partner authorities, service providers and ICMPD's internal experts, the Project Manager will apply thematic expertise in strategic communication, awareness-raising and migration issues, alongside strong project management skills, to design and deliver campaigns that:

- Enhance public understanding of migration dynamics, related risks and alternatives, as well as the impact of disinformation and misinformation.

- Support behavioural change and informed decision-making among target audiences.

- Ensure the effective use of both digital and offline communication tools in EU partner countries (outside the EU).

- Apply evidence-based approaches through monitoring, feedback collection and data-informed learning to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

The Project Manager will also contribute to the development and testing of communication toolkits, guide local adaptation of content and coordinate with service providers and stakeholders.

Fluency in English is required, with at least working proficiency in French. Knowledge of Arabic is an asset. ​
