To enlarge our Inclusive Health Initiative we are looking for a
Working Student / Intern Inclusive Health
The position is a temporary position for 11 month with 20h/week.
It is a hyprid position which includes attendance in our office in Cambridge and working from home.
This position is only filled locally in the UK. With contractual conditions of the respective country. An expatriation is not intended.
These are your responsibilities
- Compile and organize program data and supporting documentation
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations and meeting materials
- Effectively support scheduling, data entry, and process documentation to streamline daily operations
- Help develop internal updates and communication materials
- Ensure key information, milestones, and outcomes are effectively shared across teams in a well-organized and up-to-date knowledge management database
- Assist with proofreading, coordination, and meeting minutes when needed
- Contribute to the development and refinement of resource management tools and processes
- Support efforts to improve efficiency, transparency, and team coordination
- Assist with high-quality photography, videography, editing, and data-driven infographics
- Contribute to creating engaging media content for organizational needs
These are your qualifications
- Post-graduate student or recent graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Humanities, Social Sciences, Public Health, or a related interdisciplinary field, with a demonstrated interest in public health
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to exercise sound judgment
- Valid permit to work in UK
- Identification with the Christian values and mandate of CBM
