Overview of positionCTG is creating a talent pool of short-term consultants to support a potential upcoming recruitment project. The roles available include Written Test Panelists and Oral Interview Panelists, who will be engaged on daily-rate consultancy contracts ranging from approximately 6 to 19 working days, depending on assignment. These positions require strong analytical ability, professionalism, and English-language proficiency. The objective of the project is to ensure:
Transparent and well-documented written test assessments
Consistent, structured, and impartial oral interviews
Accurate scoring, evaluation, and reporting
Timely submission of all deliverables within required timelines
Selected candidates will form part of a ready-to-deploy talent pool, and may be contacted immediately upon project activation.
Role objectivesA. Written Test Panelists (10 Positions)
Supervise virtual written test sessions over 2 days.
Assess and score 13–14 written tests per day, completing a total of 41 assessments.
Finalize all scoring within 3 days.
Submit a comprehensive report by close of business on Day 4.
Ensure neutrality, accuracy, and adherence to evaluation standards.
Maintain confidentiality and proper documentation.
Working Duration: 6 working days
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with breaks for prayer and lunch)
B. Oral Interview Panelists (4 Positions)
Conduct structured oral interviews over 16 days.
Work in two parallel panels (two panelists per panel).
Interview 6–7 candidates per day.
Complete detailed interview score sheets and qualitative remarks. Upload documentation into the CTG system for proper record-keeping.
Support report drafting for 2 additional days after interviews.
Working Duration: 18 working days
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with breaks for prayer and lunch)
Project reportingThis role reports to the line manager.
Key competenciesRequired experience:
Minimum five (5) years of professional experience
Relevant academic background in one of the following fields:
Human Resource Management
Management Sciences / Business Administration
Mass Communication / Media Studies
Sociology
Economics / Statistics / Data Science
Computer Science / Information Systems
Public Administration
Development Studies
Public Health
Preferred Educational Institutions, graduates of the following institutions are encouraged to apply:
National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST)
Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS)
Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi
University of Balochistan
Institute of Management Sciences (IM Sciences), Peshawar
Required competencies:
Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
Strong analytical and evaluation skills
High level of professionalism, neutrality, and discretion
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience with recruitment, assessments, or interviewing is an advantage
Experience working with UN agencies or affiliated programmes is an added advantage
These consultancy roles do not include direct team management responsibilities.
However, panelists must collaborate closely with fellow panelists and CTG focal points to ensure consistency and quality in assessments and interviews.
These positions are part of a talent pool for a potential contract. Engagements will begin only upon contract award.
Consultants will be hired on daily-rate contracts.
Shortlisted candidates must be available at short notice.
All documentation, scoring, and reporting will be conducted in English.
