Overview of positionABOUT THE ROLE

& Culture Specialist will support our staff, contribute to a positive
employee experience, and help ensure our people practices remain aligned with
our values, operational context and strategic objectives.
Role objectives
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Performance & Talent Development
-
Coordinate the annual performance review cycle and ensure a clear, consistent approach across teams.

Support managers in goal setting, feedback conversations, and development plans.
-
Track performance trends and share insights to support talent growth and workforce planning.
-
Assist with performance improvement processes when needed (including the performance improvement plans) and with disciplinary cases.
Learning & Growth
-
Support the design and roll out of learning initiatives and ongoing capability building.

Lead the
Account Management Academy
(support learning design/development, vendor management, coordination, scheduling, progress tracking, follow-up).

Collect feedback and measure the effectiveness of learning activities.
Employee Retention & Engagement
-
Monitor turnover trends, conduct exit interviews and extract insights, and help identify improvement opportunities.

Support employee engagement initiatives and follow-up actions.
Compensation & Salary Reviews
-
Support annual salary review cycles and bench-marking exercises.
-
Ensure alignment with compensation guidelines and internal equity.
Policy Management
-
Support the development and updating of HR policies related to performance, reward, attendance and flexible working arrangements.

Ensure policies are understood, adopted, and applied consistently.
Collaboration & Reporting

Work closely with Talent Acquisition, Finance, Personnel Administration, and leadership teams.

Prepare periodic reports and insights to support decision-making.

Stay up to date with HR trends, especially in performance management, learning, and retention.
Chief People Officer |
Experience:
Minimum 4 years hands-on experience in HR (performance management, L&D, or talent management exposure preferred).
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Social Sciences, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus but not required).
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
Good understanding of HR policies, talent processes, compensation basics, and labour law fundamentals.
Comfortable working with HR systems and data (Excel proficiency required).
Growth mindset, willingness to learn, and proactive ownership.
Language:
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
This role has no direct people management responsibilities
