O objetivo do projeto é apoiar o Ministério da Saúde nas ações de reabilitação e reconstrução da rede de saúde pública do SUS no Rio Grande do Sul nas áreas afetadas pela catástrofe socioambiental de abril de 2024.

As condições de trabalho incluem: fornecimento de equipamento de informática e escala de trabalho híbrida, com até 4 dias presenciais em Porto Alegre e 1 dia de trabalho remoto por semana, com visitas aos municípios para acompanhamento.

Para facilitar a dinâmica de trabalho, é requerido que o/a candidato/a selecionado/a resida em Porto Alegre ou tenha disponibilidade de mudança para a cidade.

El objetivo del proyecto es apoyar al Ministerio de Salud en las acciones de rehabilitación y reconstrucción de la red de salud pública del Sistema Único de Salud (SUS) en Rio Grande do Sul, en las zonas afectadas por la catástrofe socioambiental de abril de 2024.

Las condiciones de trabajo incluyen: provisión de equipo informático y horario de trabajo híbrido, con hasta 4 días presenciales en Porto Alegre y 1 día de trabajo remoto por semana, con visitas a los municipios para seguimiento.

Para facilitar la dinámica de trabajo, se requiere que el/la candidato/a seleccionado/a resida en Porto Alegre o esté dispuesto/a a mudarse a la ciudad.

About the Country/Multi-Country Office

Based in Brazil, the UNOPS Southern Cone Multi-Country Office (SCMCO) also oversees operations in Argentina, Paraguay, and Uruguay, supporting national priorities and development goals across the subregion. In Argentina, UNOPS strengthens public institutions by providing technical assistance in planning, procurement, and oversight of infrastructure projects—particularly in public buildings—and building capacity in public procurement, with a focus on technological innovation. In Brazil, where UNOPS has operated since 2012, the office collaborates with UN agencies, financial institutions, and government bodies at all levels to deliver services in health, education, urbanization, social rehabilitation, PPPs, and institutional strengthening. UNOPS has played a key role in responding to the COVID-19 pandemic and currently manages 17 active projects across the country. About the Project Office

The objective of the project is to support the Ministry of Health in the rehabilitation and reconstruction of the SUS public health network in Rio Grande do Sul in the areas affected by the socio-environmental catastrophe of April 2024.

Job Specific Context

Este contrato se estabelece na modalidade de Contrato Mensal Regular, ou seja, se requer uma prestação de serviços contínua durante o período do contrato, efetuando-se os pagamentos associados ao presente contrato ao final de cada mês natural.


O desempenho do trabalho e as funções desenvolvidas pelo/pela Auxiliar Administrativo serão monitorados e avaliados por o/a Gerente  de Projeto com base nos instrumentos formais de avaliação de recursos humanos no UNOPS (Performance Evaluation Report – PER).

Este contrato se establece como un contrato mensual regular, es decir, se requiere la prestación de servicios continuos durante el período de vigencia del contrato, y los pagos asociados al presente contrato se efectuarán al final de cada mes natural.

  • Apoiar operacionalmente atividades para o desenvolvimento, coordenação e implementação de projetos de infraestrutura do setor público, parcerias público-privadas e concessões:

  • Apoiar no levantamento de dados para análises e elaboração de produtos

  • Apoiar a marcação de reuniões e elaboração de atas

  • Apoiar a elaboração de materiais de comunicações e apresentações

  • Apoiar o preenchimento de planilhas de controle e relatórios de monitoramento

  • Realizar outras tarefas relacionadas ao cargo, conforme solicitado pelo supervisor.
