Job Description
Le/la Administrative and HR Clerc sera basé(e) à Nouakchott et travaillera sous la supervision directe du Senior HR assistant et en étroite collaboration avec l’unité de gestion des ressources ainsi que les autres unités du bureau.
Responsibilities
- Assister le bon fonctionnement quotidien de l'Unité de Admin/RH ;
- Assister l'unité Admin/RH dans le secrétariat, la gestion des correspondances, et l’organisation des formations, ateliers, réunions et missions ;
- Assister dans l’élaboration des Comptes rendus des réunions ;
- Assister au suivi des congés et à la surveillance de l'assiduité avec les dossiers de présence du personnel ;
- Assister l'unité Admin/RH avec le classement et l'entretien des dossiers du personnel et d'autres dossiers relevant de la compétence de l'unité tels que les correspondances ;
- Assister l'unité Admin/RH dans la préparation de l’arrivée des nouveaux staffs et leur intégration ;
- Faire le suivi nécessaire pour l’obtention des cartes de services auprès du MAEC ;
- Maintenir les fichiers de suivis et liste de contacts à jours ;
- Effectuer les payements des factures administratives ;
- Toute autre tâche identifiée et assignée par le superviseur.
Qualifications
Education
Niveau d'études secondaires / certificat d’études supérieures en Administration/Gestion/RH et/ou formation attestée dans ces domaines (avec expérience de 03 ans dans les domaines cités) ;
Ou disposer d’un Bachelor avec une expérience d’au moins une année.
Experience
- Engagement personnel, flexibilité et capacité à travailler efficacement et harmonieusement sous pression dans un environnement multiculturel ;
- Rigueur et adaptabilité au contexte ;
- Capacités d’analyse et de synthèse ;
- Attention méticuleuse sur les détails ;
- Bonne qualité rédactionnelle ;
- Expérience de travail avec une organisation internationale ou autre institution de coopération internationale un atout ;
Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques, expérience des systèmes de gestion intégrés.
Languages
Une parfaite maîtrise du Français et une bonne connaissance en anglais est requise.
La connaissance des langues locales est un atout.
