Covering a period of absence, we are pleased to launch this opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our close-knit team, for a period of 15 months.

At EMBL, our vision is to create an inclusive research and work culture that leverages diversity, in its broadest sense, to enhance our role as a leader in life sciences across Europe and globally. We believe that fostering this culture is not only the right thing to do, but it’s also beneficial for our organisation’s function and growth. As a Talent Acquisition team we play a key role supporting and influencing the hiring decisions to ensure we support EDI, remain competitive and an employer of choice within our industry.

Within this role you’ll support scientists, whose mission is to improve biodiversity in the face of climate change, and make discoveries leading to improved human health. Every role at EMBL contributes towards these achievements and advancements, something that all our staff are proud of.

Our TA team is split across two of our largest sites, Heidelberg in Germany and Hinxton, UK. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you’ll join a vibrant and diverse group based at our Heidelberg campus, who provide end-to-end support to their stakeholders. We truly value teamwork and in this role, you’ll also have a valued voice within the wider HR team and our stakeholder groups alike.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll primarily focus on dry lab recruitment with computational biology at its heart.  No day or Hiring Manager will be the same, and we promise you’ll learn a lot!
