About the RoleDigital Technology Solutions& Strategy (DTSS) is evolving toward a more product-centric and outcome-oriented model. As part of this transformation, we are seeking a Platform & Product Owner to lead the product ownership and lifecycle strategy for Gaviâs enterprise platforms. This strategic role ensures that platforms such as Salesforce, AmpImpact, Azavista, Wealth-X, and Drupal are aligned with business goals, deliver value through scalable digital solutions, and evolve to meet Gaviâs operational and strategic needs, while considering their interactions with Gaviâs broader platform ecosystem, including SAP, Zycus, DarwinBox, SagePeople, Workato, and Microsoft Power Platform. The Platform & Product Owner will lead a team of Product Owners and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, delivery teams, and vendors to maximize the value, usability, and agility of Gaviâs technology platforms. 2. Key ResponsibilitiesPlatform Lifecycle Ownership
- Define and manage the long-term vision and lifecycle of Gaviâs enterprise platforms including supporting the engagement and external-facing ecosystem built on Salesforce, AmpImpact, Azavista, Wealth-X, and Drupal.
- Ensure alignment between platform capabilities and Gaviâs evolving operational and strategic priorities, especially in donor engagement, partnership management, and public engagement.
- Champion platform scalability, interoperability, and sustainability across business domains, enabling seamless data and process integration for external-facing functions.
Product Ownership & Governance
- Serve as the ultimate owner and decision-maker for assigned platforms, driving product direction and priorities across teams.
- Establish product management practices and standards to guide the work of Product Owners.
- Drive alignment with architecture, cybersecurity, and delivery governance to ensure platforms are fit-for-purpose and compliant.
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Owners accountable for specific enterprise platforms.
- Act as a key interface between business leaders, IT delivery teams, and vendors to facilitate consensus and value-driven planning.
- Manage platform-related budgets, KPIs, and vendor performance reviews.
- Prioritize initiatives that maximize user experience, data quality, automation, and business value.
- Ensure timely delivery of platform enhancements, integrations, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Measure and report on platform outcomes, including adoption, satisfaction, and ROI.
- Other duties and initiatives as required.
3. Your Experience and SkillsAcademic
- Masterâs or Bachelorâs degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Work Experience
- 6+ years of experience in digital product/platform management or enterprise application leadership roles.
- Proven experience leading product or platform teams, ideally in a matrixed and vendor-rich environment.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Product Owner
- Familiarity with Gaviâs platform ecosystem (SAP, Zycus, Sage, etc.).
Leadership & Technical Skills
- Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience implementing platform governance, roadmapping, and cross-functional delivery models.
- Understanding of Agile and hybrid delivery models, enterprise architecture, and vendor management.
Languages
- Written and spoken fluency in English.
- French is a plus.

- Acts as a bridge between technology, business, and vendorsâensuring platforms are governed and evolving in sync with organizational needs.
