L’Officier de l'accès et de la sécurité humanitaires (HAS) fournit une gamme de soutien en matière d'accès humanitaire, de sûreté et de sécurité dans la zone. Sous la supervision du coordinateur HAS, l'agent HAS soutient la mise en œuvre et la surveillance de la politique, des plans, des procédures, des trackers et des processus HAS du NRC dans le bureau local désigné. Ce rôle nécessite une présence fréquente sur le terrain pour soutenir l'exécution sûre et fondée sur des principes des programmes et le devoir de diligence du personnel du NRC
