GENERALITE

Le Programme alimentaire mondial (PAM) des Nations Unies est la plus grande agence humanitaire au monde luttant contre la faim. Sa mission est d’aider le monde à atteindre l’objectif Faim Zéro de notre vivant. Chaque jour, le PAM œuvre à travers le monde pour s’assurer qu’aucun enfant ne s’endorme le ventre vide et que les personnes les plus pauvres et vulnérables, en particulier les femmes et les enfants, aient accès à une alimentation nutritive essentielle à leur bien-être.

CONTEXTE ADMINISTRATIFET OBJECTIF

Sous la supervision directe du magasinier et sous la supervision générale du chef de sous bureau, le signataire pourra être appelé, en cas de nécessité de services à effectuer des heures supplémentaires rémunérées ou être récupérées sous forme de repos compensatoire, celles-ci doivent être autorisées d’avance par les Superviseurs.

OBJECTIFS LIÉS AU POSTE :

 

  • Réceptionner tous les produits alimentaires et non alimentaires du PAM.

  • Établir des rapports sur la qualité et la quantité des produits reçus, s'assurer que les quantités indiquées dans les documents d'expédition correspondent aux quantités reçues, porter toutes les anomalies dans la fiche de déchargement.

  • Maintenir les lieux de stockage propres et exempts d'organismes nuisibles.

  • Assurer de bonnes pratiques d'entreposage.

  • Superviser le déchargement et le chargement des produits, s'assurer de la traçabilité des produits tout au long de la filière et communiquer les informations correspondantes au superviseur.

  • Enregistrer les mouvements (déchargement/chargement) des produits sur les fiches des lots et s’assurer de leur mise à jour après chaque opération.

  • Contrôler les marchandises entrantes, qu'il s'agisse de produits alimentaires ou non alimentaires, par des méthodes telles que le comptage physique, la vérification du poids par sondage, le rejet de tout produit endommagé, le reconditionnement des sacs dont le poids est insuffisant, etc.

  • Inspecter les camions avant toute opération de chargement.

  • Assurer la livraison des marchandises demandées tel que spécifié dans des documents officiels et approuvés.

  • Superviser et évaluer le travail des manutentionnaires et agents de nettoyage à l’entrepôt

  • S’acquitter de toute autre tâche connexe qui pourrait lui être confiée.

QUALIFICATIONS ET EXPÉRIENCE :

Formation : Achèvement des études secondaires.

Expérience :

Expérience de la conduite d'activités logistiques simples (pointage).

Connaissances linguistiques : Maîtrise (niveau C) de la langue officielle de l’ONU utilisée dans le lieu

affectation.

Performance Indicator :

Toutes les opérations de chargement ou de déchargement sont faites dans les délais.-

 Les fiches de lot sont à jour.

- Les reconditionnements sont effectués dans les délais.

- Les entrepôts sont propre et les équipements bien ranges.
