The Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability  and Learning (MEAL) Officer – Implementing Partners Support is responsible for providing dedicated MEAL technical support to programmes and implementing partners across the West Bank and Gaza. The position focuses on strengthening partners’ MEAL systems, tools, target-setting, data quality, and learning practices, in line with NRC MEAL standards and donor requirements.
The role supports joint learning and follow-up on MEAL implementation with partners; programme accountability for results, implementation progress, and corrective actions remains with NRC Programme and Partnership teams.
