Le/La coordonnateur.trice ICLA est responsable de la coordination générale, de la qualité de mise en œuvre et de l’appui technique du programme Information, Conseil et Assistance Juridique (ICLA) dans la province du Ouaddaï, a l’est du Tchad. Il/Elle veille à ce que les activités relatives à l’identité légale et documentation civile (LID), au Logement, Terre et Propriété (LTP) et au Loi et procédure en matière de l’emploi (ELP) soient mises en œuvre conformément aux normes du NRC, aux principes humanitaires et au cadre juridique de la République du Tchad.
