Title: Campaigns Coordinator (Outreach and Engagement)

Terms of employment: Full-time, Independent Contractor (1year, renews annually)

Reports to: Campaigns Manager - India 

Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi NCR Region (Remote) 

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven campaign coordinator to join our India campaigns team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sustainability, food systems, and animal welfare. 

About the Organisation

The Green Tuesday Initiative is a program run by the Redefining Ahimsa Foundation (previously known as Vegan Outreach India) to help organizations serve healthy, plant-based, and climate-friendly food to reduce their carbon footprint.

Redefining Ahimsa Foundation is a (registered section 8) non-profit organisation working to transform India’s food systems through education, community building, and policy reform. We believe that the principle of Ahimsa—non-violence toward all life—must be reimagined for today’s world to address the interconnected crises of animal suffering, climate change, and public health.

Role Objective:

  1. We are seeking a highly organized, results-driven Campaign Coordinator to spearhead lead generation and institutional engagement for the Green Tuesday Initiative.
  2. This role requires experience in lead generation using performance marketing, LinkedIn marketing, and business automation tools.
  3. It also requires relationship-building, facilitating awareness, and engagement activities for Green Tuesday Institution partners. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Outreach
    • Generate high-quality leads through a mix of digital and offline outreach channels to expand the pipeline.

    • Use LinkedIn Business Tools, such as Sales Navigator and Ads, to identify and engage potential partners.

    • Increase lead generation through LinkedIn ad campaigns using lead gen forms, sponsored messages, conversation ads and dynamic ads to automate outreach and follow-ups.

    • Research and identify companies aligned with our target audience profile, and reach out via referrals, cold calls, and emails.

  • Conversion & CRM Management

    • Actively network and communicate with qualified potential leads to bring them from the conversation pipeline to the proposal stage. 

    • Set up meetings, and introduce the program to potential leads through messages, emails and calls.

    • Use CRM tools to manage leads and update records regularly.

    • Serve as the lead PoC to complete the cycle, including onboarding, engagement, and quarterly reporting.

  • Engagement & Relationship Building

    • Network, engage and establish positive relationships with all Green Tuesday partners.

    • Plan and facilitate webinars, workshops (online and offline), awareness talks and in-person interactive sessions for Green Tuesday partners (Companies and colleges).

    • Establish contacts with experts in the fields of health, nutrition, sustainability, environmental impact and animal advocacy to collaborate and work together.

    • Assist the Campaigns Manager in coordinating events with Sustainability/CSR/facilities teams, and key stakeholders to foster long-term relations and partnerships.

    • Help the team gather feedback using evaluation tools to assess the campaign’s effectiveness. 

Position Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.

  • Proven expertise in lead generation, LinkedIn Marketing and performance marketing. 

  • Experience working in sustainability, animal welfare, ESG, EHS, and CSR will be an added advantage.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools like Pipedrive, Zoho, or Salesforce.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns efficiently.

  • Analytical skills to track performance and optimize strategies.
