Overview & Responsibilities

The Department of Programmes is the central management and coordinating function for programme delivery and capacity development. It is responsible for the implementation of IDLO’s global programme portfolio for field and non-field locations in line with organizational strategy.

Under the direct supervision of the Programme Lead the Lead OSINT Specialist will support on:


• Support implementation of IDLO sub-project aimed at providing specialized technical assistance and expert advice to Ukrainian government agencies working on advancing accountability for international crimes 
• Provide advice and assistance to the Ukrainian state authorities on open-source data collection techniques, sources and data management tools for better documenting of alleged war crimes 
• Provide advice on peculiarities of multi-source data research and analysis, structuring of the information, and developing analytical products for communicating findings 
• Draft recommendations and guidelines on collection and validation of the open-source data 
• Develop and deliver customized OSINT training and workshops for the targeted audience 
• Provide advice on improving existing data collection and analysis systems and data protection tools and techniques 
• Perform other similar duties as assigned by the Head of Office of IDLO in Ukraine.

Job Requirements

Education & Work Experience


• Higher education
• Minimum 5 years of significant relevant professional experience
Languages
• Fluency in English

Terms & Conditions

For this locally recruited contract IDLO shall offer the selected candidate a Single Engagement Agreement.
