Community members including YECO participants (ongoing) • Attend the Youth Ecopreneur Awards at Change Now and oversee the judging and calculation process by 1st April • Be the focal points for logistics inquiries of the Youth Ecopreneur Programme finalists • Support ITC’s participation at ChangeNOW (30 March – 1 April) through stakeholder engagement, coordination at the ITC booth, and submission of a post-event summary report. • Film Social Media content with the YECOs at ChangeNow by 3rd April • Design the Closing Event of the Accelerator by 19th March • Update project databases with contacts from the ChangeNow conference by 15th April • Delivered 2 alumni events in the talk to the CEO, talk to the investor series by 18th June • Update Alumni Group of YECO by 15 March • Conduct Alumni survey and write YECO project report by 20th April ECCAS Trade in Services Programme 1. SMETA Online Module on AfCFTA Trade in Services • Coordinate with the OTA team and the SME Trade Academy department within ITC to define the scope, pedagogical approach, and priorities of the online module by 18th June • Identify and propose a qualified subject-matter expert on AfCFTA Trade in Services by 18th June • Coordinate the content development process between the expert and ITC teams, ensuring alignment with SMETA standards and AfCFTA priorities. • Provide input to the review of the SMETA online module by 18 June 2. Online Training of Trainers (ToT) Programme • Provide input to the design and delivery of an online Training of Trainers (ToT) programme in collaboration with a local implementing partner. • Coordinate logistics, participant engagement, and overall delivery of the online ToT sessions by 18th June 3. Training Programme in Spanish and Portuguese • Research potential local partners (3 per country) to support the roll-out of trainings in Spanish and Portuguese in Equatorial Guinea, São Tomé and Príncipe, and Angola by 18th June • Contribute to the design of the programme in Spanish and Portuguese • Support the preparation of a high-level roll-out plan and indicative timeline for these countries by 18th June 4. Communication and M&E • Liaise with ITC’s Communications and Events (CE) department to promote the ToT programme and the SMETA online module by 18th June • Support the design of communication materials, including social media visuals, in line with ITC branding guidelines by 18th June • Design and put in place a simple M&E system to track attendance, participation, and basic results across all activities (for all modules) by 18th June • Develop basic M&E tools (attendance trackers, feedback forms, reporting templates) and consolidate data for reporting by 18th June

ITC is the joint agency of the World Trade Organization (WTO) and the United Nations (UN). It is the only multilateral agency fully dedicated to supporting the internationalisation of SMEs. The Youth and Trade initiative Within the International Trade Centre, the Division of Sustainable and Inclusive Trade and within the section of Women, Youth and Vulnerable Communities, the Youth and Trade initiative offers specialized solutions, in partnership with relevant institutions, to create opportunities to support youth economic empowerment by reinforcing their skills for employability and entrepreneurship. ITC is the managing agency powering the Ye! Community - a global community for youth entrepreneurs. The overall objective(impact) of the Ye! Community is to empower young people with the right skills, networks, and support to build sustainable and impactful enterprises. The Ye! Community provides a platform to connect youth entrepreneurs, ecosystem enablers, and experts to one another to empower young entrepreneurs and contribute to sustainable economic development and trade for good. In-line with the objectives of the ITC Youth & Trade Programme, the objectives of the Ye! Community care: • Build more SMEs: Young people are equipped with the right skills, networks, support and finance to become entrepreneurs and/or find gainful employment. • Build better SMEs: Young entrepreneurs have the right skills, networks, support, and access to finance. Ye! Youth Ecopreneur Program The Ye! Youth Ecopreneur Program powers the green and just transition by investing in young entrepreneurs as catalysts for sustainable development, environmental justice, and advocacy for climate action. The Program cultivates, accelerates, and amplifies youth-led green business solutions. It will influence policy, raise awareness, and foster social values concerning environmental sustainability. The Program has a special focus on nurturing and catalysing youth entrepreneurship for sustainable land management and ecological restoration. The Program is centred around the objective of cultivating a new generation of ecopreneurs who view sustainable initiatives as a viable and profitable business endeavour. It will advocate for the importance of green youth entrepreneurship, raise awareness, and foster sustainable land management practices and social values that prioritize environmental sustainability. ECCAS Trade in Services Programme This program aims to contribute to the liberalization of services in order to enhance competitiveness, promote sustainable economic growth, attract investment, create decent jobs, and benefit consumers in the Central African Region (ECCAS). The Overall Objective of this programme is to contribute to increasing intra- regional, continental, and bilateral trade in services. The Specific Objective is to increase Services liberalisation and exports for selected service sectors at the multilateral, continental or regional level in line with the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) To achieve this objective, along with the ECCAS commission and its 11 Member States, the programme will focus on 4 outputs. As part of this effort, ITC seeks to engage a consultant to coordinate the development of an online learning module on AfCFTA Trade in Services, organize an online Training of Trainers (ToT) programme, and support monitoring, evaluation, and communication activities, including preparation for roll-out in Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking countries. Description of Duties/Responsibilities Under the direct supervision of the Youth and Trade Associate Programme Officer, and in close coordination with Youth and Trade team, the consultant will undertake the following tasks: 1. Youth Ecopreneur Programme • Lead the initiatives aimed at strengthening connections within the YECO alumni community and the Ye! Community • Track the progress and the journey of the past Youth ecopreneurs. • Write donor reports and provide M&E data • Contribute to the logistics of the Accelerator and Finalist Phase of the YECO programme. • Contribute to the Advocacy Component of the Youth Ecopreneur Program by providing input and address participants inquiries and requests promptly and professionally. • Contribute to project development • Contribute to the ToT Sessions of Scale Up • Facilitate connections between participants and external opportunities, events, and resources to bolster their enterprises. • Collaborate on the delivery and technical setup of webinar sessions hosted by the Ye! Community. • Identify online e-learning tools to support the growth of the YECO Alumni. Qualifications/special skills

• Postgraduate degree (MA/MSc/MBA, PHD or other) • University degree in Political Science, Business, Development Studies, Communications and alike. • Extensive relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of the university degree. • 2 years of professional experience in project management, event organisation, communications, or private sector development. Other Experience: • Experience working on youth-related issues is an asset • Experience working with accelerator programmes for youth-led businesses is an asset • Experience in working on Entrepreneurship Awards • Experience working with entrepreneur communities is an asset • Experience in working in preparing trade fairs is an asset • Commitment to the UN goals.
