Regional Migration Health Specialist

The successful candidate will work under the direct supervision of the Regional Migration Health Specialist and in cooperation with other colleagues in the RO WCA and country offices.

The intern supports the Migration Health Division by assisting country offices in the WCA region with project reviews, programme activities, and the preparation of concept notes and proposals. They contribute to developing narrative content for key documents, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and help analyse data to produce routine statistical and analytical reports. Additionally, the intern assists in participation in regional health working groups, undertakes duty travel when needed, and performs other assigned tasks.

Eligibility and Selection:

In general, the Internship Programme aims at attracting students and graduates who: 

a) are in their undergraduate or postgraduate studies at the University of Westminster (except those in their first year of undergraduate studies)

b) have an interest in, or whose studies have covered, areas relevant to IOM programmes and activities;
