Purpose of the position
The purpose of this role is to provide administrative and operational support to the Team Administrator and the CDU team, ensuring the smooth implementation of training activities, e-learning services, and financial and travel-related processes through timely documentation, system updates, and coordination.

Main responsibilities
- Assist the Team Administrator in submitting airline ticket bills in the UBW Payment System
- Assist in submitting journal and reimbursement purchase requests through the UBW Payment System.
- Submit complementary staff requests in the system and follow up on approval status.
- Support the organization and delivery of workshops and training courses including preparing participants’ lists, folders and workshop materials, drafting invitation letters and certificates.
- Translate documents from Arabic to English and from English to Arabic when required.
- Follow up on travel authorizations and ensure timely approvals.
- Update and maintain the students’ database and Excel sheets accurately.
- Support the CDU team in E-Learning activities by uploading courses to the system, reviewing and analyzing already updated courses.
- Carry out printing and photocopying of reports and documents when required.
- Develop and maintain an organized filing system for all program documents, including travel and purchase files.
- Provide general office administrative support to the Team Administrator.
