El propósito del cargo de Asistente Técnico ICLA es contribuir a la implementación del componente de Información, Orientación y Asistencia Legal de acuerdo con la estrategia programática de NRC. El cargo permite al NRC generar incidencia ante el Ministerio Público, organizaciones de base comunitaria y otros actores clave en los territorios, donde se implementan acciones de protección por presencia. Asimismo, se constituye en un referente en el acompañamiento a víctimas del conflicto armado y a personas con necesidades de protección internacional.
