En coordinación con el Ministerio de Desarrollo e Inclusión Social (MIDIS) y el Ministerio de Salud (MINSA), el WFP ha diseñado e implementará un proyecto de implementación del mecanismo de tarjetas alimentarias para personas afectadas con tuberculosis para el año 2026 en 18 distritos de Lima Metropolitana y el Callao, como reemplazo de la canasta alimentaria entregada en el marco del PANTBC.
Este nuevo mecanismo busca asegurar el acceso oportuno a alimentos frescos y nutritivos, acompañado de un componente de orientación nutricional que fortalezca las capacidades de las Personas Afectadas por Tuberculosis (PAT) y del personal de salud. En este contexto, la contratación de un(a) asistente de Programas brindará acompañamiento a la implementación del componente de orientación nutricional que se encargue de liderar el diseño, organización y ejecución de las acciones de fortalecimiento de capacidades en alimentación saludable, asegurando el acompañamiento técnico a los asesores de nutrición cumpla los objetivos de oportunidad, uso inteligente de la compra de alimentos, comunicación y protección de derechos en el ámbito local de su responsabilidad.
OBJETIVO PRINCIPAL:
Brindar soporte técnico - operativo para la implementación del componente de orientación nutricional, asegurando la ejecución eficiente de las actividades, el registro oportuno y de calidad de la información y la coordinación con actores clave, para contribuir al fortalecimiento de capacidades de las personas afectadas por Tuberculosis (PAT) en alimentación saludable.
OBJETIVOS ESPECIFICOS:
• Organizar y dar seguimiento a las actividades desarrolladas por el equipo técnico del Socio Cooperante (Asesores en Nutrición y Gestión - ANG), asegurando que las acciones de orientación nutricional se implementen de manera oportuna y eficiente en los establecimientos de salud.
• Brindar soporte técnico y operativo al equipo responsable de la tele-orientación para el desarrollo de actividades que permitan a las PAT la toma de decisiones informadas respecto a la selección y compra planificada de alimentos.
• Facilitar la articulación del equipo técnico del socio cooperante (ANG) con los establecimientos de salud.
RESPONSABILIDADES:
Bajo la supervisión del Asociado de Programas tendrá las siguientes responsabilidades:
• Coordinación y soporte operativo del componente nutricional
- Apoyar la implementación operativa del componente, bajo la guía del/la Asociado/a de Programas
- Realizar el fortalecimiento de capacidades y el seguimiento al equipo técnico del socio cooperante (ANG) y verificando el cumplimiento oportuno y de calidad de las actividades planificadas.
- Realizar visitas de campo para observar y acompañar sesiones educativas y actividades de orientación nutricional, proporcionando retroalimentación operativa.
- Monitorear cronogramas, hitos y entregables, reportando avances, riesgos o desviaciones que requieran ajustes, de manera oportuna.
- Mantener actualizados insumos, materiales, bases de datos y registros necesarios para la ejecución eficiente del componente.
- Apoyar en la elaboración y adaptación de materiales educativos y comunicacionales dirigidos a las PAT.
• Soporte al equipo de tele-orientación
- Capacitar y coordinar con voluntarios y gestores de tele-orientación en la gestión de listas de PAT, programación de atenciones, priorización de casos y criterios operativos.
- Brindar orientación básica sobre procesos, lineamientos o actividades del componente, derivando los casos que requieran análisis técnico especializado.
• Articulación territorial
- Facilitar la coordinación continua con establecimientos de salud, DIRIS/DIRESA/RIS y otros actores locales, asegurando la fluidez de la implementación territorial.
- Brindar soporte logístico y operativo al trabajo de los ANG en los establecimientos de salud, incluyendo organización de actividades.
• Monitoreo, seguimiento y gestión de información
- Consolidar, verificar y sistematizar la información generada por el equipo territorial y los ANG.
- Elaborar reportes periódicos que alimenten el sistema de seguimiento nutricional del proyecto y sirvan de insumo para el equipo técnico.
- Identificar y reportar oportunamente casos críticos (compras no recomendadas, saldos elevados, falta de boletas u otros), activando acciones de seguimiento.
- Monitorear el desarrollo de las actividades de tele-orientación y orientaciones presenciales, registrando avances, incidencias y necesidades operativas.
CALIFICACIONES Y EXPERIENCIA REQUERIDA
Educación:
- Contar con estudios escolares secundarios.
- Deseable con estudios universitarios en la carrera de Nutrición.
Experiencia:
- Deseable con experiencia general mínima de 5 años en programas de nutrición, salud pública o proyectos sociales.
- Deseable con experiencia especifica mínima de 3 años en coordinación de equipos técnicos y procesos de fortalecimiento de capacidades.
- Deseable con experiencia especifica mínima de 3 años en diseño e implementación de materiales educativos y estrategias de orientación nutricional.
Conocimientos y Habilidades:
- Deseable experiencia en proyectos con organismos internacionales, ministerios de salud o programas de transferencias condicionadas.
- Deseable conocimiento e implementación del enfoque de género e interculturalidad en proyectos sociales.
Idiomas:
- Fluidez en español oral y escrito es requerido.
- Deseable inglés a nivel intermedio
