Organizational Context and Scope
Bajo la supervisión general del Jefe de Programas y la supervisión directa del Coordinador de Proyecto, el/la titular ayudará con la gestión profesional y eficiente de visitantes, proveedores, así como una variedad de tareas administrativas / de oficina brindando soporte a la unidad de proyectos.
Responsibilities
Asistir en los preparativos logísticos y administrativos para reuniones o seminarios y otras actividades organizadas por la unidad de proyectos de la Oficina de Chiriquí.
Asistir en la organización de la documentación, soportes de misiones y registros organizados, para apoyar el procesamiento eficiente de los pagos y cumplir con los requisitos de auditoría.
Apoyar en la administración de gestión de viajes (preparación de autorizaciones de autorizaciones de viaje, etc.)
Apoyar la solicitud de adquisición de suministros de oficina necesarios para el funcionamiento de la misma.
Participar de otras actividades, acciones o actividades organizadas por la OIM, a las cuales se le convoque.
Mantener una comunicación y coordinación continua con el equipo de la Unidad de Proyectos en Panamá.
Cumplir íntegramente con los procedimientos, regulaciones y estándares de conducta de la OIM.
Conducir vehículos de la OIM de manera segura para el transporte de personal autorizado.
Velar por el buen mantenimiento de los vehículos asignados, tales como: control de aceite, agua, batería, frenos, llantas, etc.;
Llevar control de viajes oficiales, kilometraje diario, consumo de gasolina.
Asegurar que se tomen las medidas requeridas por las normas y reglamentos en caso de involucrarse en un accidente.
Todas aquellas demás funciones que por las características inherentes a su cargo y condiciones le sean asignadas por el COM o el Oficial de Programa de la OIM.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications and Experience
Education
Diploma de escuela secundaria.
Profesional en un área pertinente a Licenciatura en Administración, Derecho, Licenciatura en Comunicación Ejecutiva Bilingüe, Licenciatura Bilingüe en Administración de Oficina o carreras afines serán considero una ventaja.

Experience
Al menos tres años de experiencia profesional relavante, o un año para candidatos con licenciatura.
Se considerará experiencia en apoyo administrativo.
Conocimientos informáticos, incluida la competencia en MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
Compromiso, eficiencia, flexibilidad, automotivación, pensamiento creativo y sólidas habilidades organizativas.
Capacidad para trabajar de manera eficaz y armoniosa con colegas de diversas culturas y antecedentes profesionales
Experiencia en trabajo comunitario y con población migrante.

Languages

For this position, fluency in Spanish is required.
Working knowledge of English is desirable.
