Duties and accountabilities:
Role Overview
As our Associate Power Platform Engineer, you will lead the modernization of enterprise applications and enable a robust citizen development ecosystem. You will design, develop, and support scalable solutions across Dataverse, Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, and Power Pages, while integrating with Azure App Service (C#/.NET). You will provide technical leadership and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• End-to-End Development: Architect and build complex solutions using the full Power Platform stack and Azure-based custom integrations.
• Citizen Development Enablement: Provide hands-on guidance, mentorship, and technical guardrails for citizen developers.
• Integration & Customization: Develop custom connectors and integrate with C#/.NET, REST APIs, and legacy enterprise systems.
• ALM & DevOps: Own the ALM process, including Git source control, CI/CD pipelines, and environment provisioning.
• Governance & Security: Enforce DLP policies, security best practices, and tenant-wide compliance with security teams.
• Platform Resilience: Monitor capacity, performance, and environment health for high availability and scalability.
• Strategic Documentation: Create best practices, architecture blueprints, and training materials to standardize development.
Technical Skills
Platform Engineering & Automation
• Expert-level knowledge of Dataverse, Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop), Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), and Copilot Studio.
• Proven CI/CD pipeline implementation, automated testing, and deployment processes.
