FINALIDAD DEL PUESTO:

Impulsar y fortalecer procesos de organización comunitaria y asociatividad entre pequeños productores, con el fin de mejorar su capacidad de gestión, liderazgo, negociación y sostenibilidad colectiva. El/la especialista acompañará el diseño de modelos organizativos y procesos de cohesión social que fortalezcan la participación comunitaria y la inserción en cadenas de valor.

RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES:

Diseñar un plan de fortalecimiento organizativo comunitario, alineado a los objetivos de PMA. Promover y acompañar procesos de asociatividad en comunidades rurales y urbanas. Apoyar la creación y consolidación de cooperativas, asociaciones y grupos de productores. Fortalecer capacidades en liderazgo, toma de decisiones colectivas y gestión democrática. Facilitar procesos de capacitación en gobernanza, rendición de cuentas y gestión financiera comunitaria. Promover la inclusión de mujeres y jóvenes en espacios de liderazgo y toma de decisiones. Acompañar procesos de resolución de conflictos y cohesión social en comunidades productoras. Coordinar con el equipo de mercado para alinear la asociatividad a oportunidades comerciales. Generar alianzas con instituciones locales, gobiernos municipales y actores privados para fortalecer redes de apoyo. Monitorear y evaluar la gestión de organizaciones comunitarias, proponiendo mejoras. Elaborar informes técnicos sobre avances, aprendizajes y desafíos de los procesos asociativos. Demuestra capacidad para determinar cuáles son las variables y los factores contextuales más importantes que influyen en los proyectos y programas de asistencia a lo largo de toda su ejecución, con el fin de fundamentar un diseño o rediseño de programas de calidad.

Modalidades de transferencia (alimentos, efectivo, cupones)

Demuestra capacidad para implementar, siguiendo las orientaciones recibidas, programas de asistencia alimentaria en los que se despliega toda la gama de modalidades de transferencia, gracias a un buen conocimiento de los principios básicos que rigen la selección y puesta en práctica de las distintas modalidades.

Conocimiento amplio de los ámbitos de especialización

Demuestra capacidad para interpretar datos básicos en el contexto de los ámbitos de especialización del PMA con el fin de contribuir al diseño, la implementación y el seguimiento de programas de índole técnica.

Programación de emergencia

Despliega capacidad para contribuir a la elaboración, implementación y realineación de programas de emergencia de gran calidad.

Colaboración estratégica en materia de políticas con el

Gobierno

Comprende y aplica los principios básicos de colaboración con los interlocutores gubernamentales a nivel nacional o local.

EXPERIENCIA PARA DESEMPEÑAR ESTA FUNCIÓN:

• Título universitario en Ciencias Sociales, Sociología, Desarrollo Rural, Administración de Empresas o áreas afines.
• Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en fortalecimiento comunitario, procesos de asociatividad o desarrollo organizativo.
• Experiencia en trabajo con comunidades rurales y urbanas en contextos de vulnerabilidad.
• Experiencia en facilitación de talleres participativos, metodologías de liderazgo y organización social.
• Experiencia en articulación con gobiernos locales y actores privados.

Experiencia deseable:

• Experiencia en proyectos de agricultura familiar, económica solidaria o resiliencia comunitaria.

• Experiencia en ejecución de capacitaciones a audiencias diversas (hombres, mujeres y jóvenes).

CUALIFICACIONES ACADÉMICAS ESTÁNDAR MÍNIMAS:

Formación:        Con grado universitario en una de las siguientes áreas: Ciencias Sociales, Sociología, Desarrollo Rural, Administración de Empresas o áreas afines.

Idiomas:            Dominio completo del español y conocimientos básicos del idioma inglés.

Competencias

digitales:           Manejo de herramientas de Microsoft Office.
