RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES (lista indicativa y no exhaustiva):
1. Ayudar a prestar apoyo técnico y de procedimiento al personal empleado en las esferas de las finanzas y el presupuesto, para garantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas, normas y reglamentos financieros del PMA.
2. Hacer el seguimiento de las previsiones mensuales de gastos y elaborar informes sobre los gastos para facilitar la toma de decisiones informadas.
3. Hacer el seguimiento periódico de la cuenta bancaria para anticipos y la cuenta para gastos menores, con el fin de garantizar que haya disponibles fondos suficientes y que los fondos se desembolsen oportunamente.
4. Verificar las solicitudes de pago a proveedores, los anticipos y otras cuentas por cobrar, y respetar los procedimientos de adquisición apropiados, para garantizar que se pague a los proveedores puntualmente y de conformidad con las normas y reglamentos financieros del PMA.
5. Ayudar a compilar información procedente de diversas fuentes con el fin de preparar informes relacionados con los presupuestos, la contabilidad, las finanzas y las estadísticas.
6. Desempeñar funciones administrativas relacionadas con el seguimiento y el registro de activos fijos, gastos de combustible y repuestos para vehículos y generadores y solicitud de exoneraciones, a fin de garantizar que las bases de datos se pongan al día minuciosamente.
7. Llevar el registro basado en la web de todas las facturas y pagos por transferencia, y registrar asimismo la documentación, para velar por que todos los documentos se conserven y archiven de conformidad con las normas y directrices del PMA en la materia.
8. Vigilar y registrar todos los gastos conformes con el presupuesto aprobado, para garantizar que se imputen correctamente, y que los pagos a los proveedores externos, las donaciones en efectivo y otras facturas de proveedores se tramiten de manera oportuna.
9. Realizar las actividades u/o soportes en areas según el requerimiento del manager.
Experiencia: Al menos 5 años de experiencia en el acopio y seguimiento de datos financieros sobre los proyectos y programas, la evaluación de la salud y la situación financiera y la presentación de los resultados al personal directivo superior.
Formación: Finalización del ciclo de educación secundaria. Se valorará la presentación de un certificado de educación postsecundaria en la esfera funcional correspondiente.
Idiomas: Inglés Intermedio (deseable), español (Avanzado).
