The Country Office supports multiple Area Offices and works across NRC Core Competencies, including Shelter & Settlements, WASH, Education, Protection from Violence, and Information Counselling and Legal Assistance.

NRC’s programming has a strong focus on localisation and partner-led implementation, aiming to strengthen the role of national and local actors in delivering humanitarian assistance. In this complex and evolving context, NRC is scaling up its partnership approach to ensure quality, compliance, accountability, and sustainable programme delivery through partners.

The purpose of the Partnership Technical Officer position is to support the implementation of NRC’s partnership approach by contributing to partner identification, due diligence, agreement management, capacity strengthening, and follow-up of partner-led implementation.
