NORCAP is looking to recruit a Chief Medical Officer for the OSCE.
The Chief Medical Officer serves as the Organization’s leading medical authority, holding responsibility for designing, implementing and monitoring medical and occupational health policies and procedures across the OSCE. 

The chief medical officer ensures appropriate medical risk management, supports staff wellbeing, advises management and oversees OSCE-wide medical personnel. The incumbent acts independently while engaging with colleagues across departments, institutions and missions.
