The role focuses on providing specialised advice to help modernise the country’s energy systems—strengthening policies, regulatory frameworks and practical implementation in areas such as electrification, energy efficiency, smart grids, heat pumps, digitalisation and green mobility.
The expert will contribute to building the Ministry’s technical capacity and ensuring that planned measures are both effective and aligned with European energy standards
