Context
Sous la supervision générale du Chef de Mission (CoM) au Tchad et la supervision directe du Chef de Sous-Bureau à Bagasola, et en collaboration avec les unités concernées, la personne retenue sera responsable et redevable de la contribution à la mise en œuvre des activités liées aux programmes d’urgence et de transition dans la province du Lac Tchad.
Responsibilities
- Fournir une assistance générale et administrative pour la mise en œuvre des activités du projet, en mettant l’accent sur l’engagement communautaire, la sensibilisation et la distribution.
- Rassembler, compiler, résumer et présenter des informations ou des données sur des sujets spécifiques du projet, y compris la sélection des bénéficiaires et le suivi post-distribution.
- Aider à la surveillance du budget et à la mise à jour des informations budgétaires.
- Soutenir la coordination administrative pour la mise en œuvre du projet, impliquant la liaison avec diverses unités organisationnelles ou parties externes afin d’initier des demandes, obtenir les autorisations nécessaires, traiter et assurer le suivi des actions administratives.
- Rédiger des rapports d’étape, correspondances, notes d’information, graphiques, tableaux statistiques, présentations et autres documents.
- Appuyer l’organisation de réunions, d’ateliers, de séances de sensibilisation, de distributions et de formations.
- Répondre aux demandes générales d’information et renseignements; organiser et tenir à jour les dossiers/archives.
- Exécuter toute autre tâche connexe qui pourrait être assignée.
Qualifications
Education
- Diplôme d’études secondaires avec trois années d’expérience pertinente ; ou,
- Baccalauréat en sciences politiques ou sociales, relations internationales, études du développement, études sur la migration, droits humains, droit ou domaines connexes d’un établissement académique reconnu, avec une année d’expérience professionnelle pertinente.
Accredited Universities are those listed in the UNESCO World Higher Education Database.
Experience
- Expérience dans la coordination avec les autorités gouvernementales, les institutions nationales/internationales, les agences des Nations Unies et les organisations non gouvernementales ;
- Expérience de travail avec les personnes migrantes, réfugiées, déplacées internes, victimes de traite et autres groupes vulnérables ;
- Une expérience préalable auprès d’organisations humanitaires internationales, d’institutions/organisations gouvernementales ou non gouvernementales dans un contexte multiculturel constitue un atout.
Skills
- Connaissance du contexte et des normes sociales de la province du Lac
- La connaissance de la collecte de données constitue un atout
- Connaissance des règles et règlements financiers.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en négociation
Languages
- Francais ecrit et oral
