Background of the project

IRC delivers multiple early childhood development programs through Ahlan Simsim and Family Corner. These program models include resource guides, operational guides, training materials, lesson plans, and monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) documents developed for different delivery methods and target audiences across the Middle East. Given the wealth of these resources, there is overlapping content, varied document structures, and inconsistent labeling of audiences and use cases.
To strengthen coherence, usability, and scalability across program models, IRC seeks a Learning Technology and Instructional Designer to lead the harmonization of program documentation and training structures. The assignment focuses on creating a clear, unified architecture that preserves program-specific distinctions while making the overall system easy to understand, navigate, and use by different audiences.
The results of this project will contribute to developing the Family Corner AI-powered chatbot and website.
