The Communications and Reporting Coordinator is positioned within NRC Yemen’s Programme Support structure, reporting to the Grants Manager and working closely with programme, advocacy, and field teams. The role combines external communications and donor reporting to ensure consistent, high-quality representation of NRC’s work and impact.

The communications function aims to enhance NRC’s visibility, advocacy, and accountability by producing timely and impactful content that reflects humanitarian needs and responses in Yemen. Given the complex operating environment, clear and coordinated messaging is essential to effectively engage donors and stakeholders.

In parallel, the reporting function ensures compliance with donor requirements through the timely delivery of accurate, consolidated reports across programmes.

Through this dual role, the Coordinator strengthens programme quality, accountability, and advocacy, while building the capacity of teams in communications and reporting.
