La posición actual busca que el/la Asistente de Programas - Coordinador/a (SO1) sea responsable de brindar apoyo a las actividades de emergencias.
RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES (LISTA INDICATIVA Y NO EXHAUSTIVA):
Bajo la supervisión del Jefe de Programas, el/la Asistente de Programas - Coordinador/a (SO1) será responsable de brindar apoyo a las actividades de emergencias y tendrá las siguientes responsabilidades:
Planificar, coordinar e implementar planes operativos de respuesta a emergencias y gestión integral de riesgos, en cumplimiento con los procedimientos y estándares del PMA, asegurando su adaptación al contexto local y cultural. Esto incluye la realización de análisis de necesidades, la identificación de poblaciones prioritarias y la aplicación de criterios de focalización adecuados para garantizar una respuesta pertinente y efectiva.
Contribuir a la elaboración de planes de contingencia, análisis de riesgos, acciones anticipatorias y escenarios de emergencia.
Coordinar con equipos en campo la implementación de proyectos de emergencias.
Preparar reportes, actualizaciones operativas y documentos técnicos para la oficina de país, regional y sede.
Facilitar la coordinación con contrapartes externas (gobiernos, agencias de SNU, ONGs, Socios).
Dar seguimiento a la implementación de actividades de emergencia y gestión integral de riesgos, asegurando cumplimiento de plazos, estándares y requisitos de rendición de cuentas.
Contribuir a actividades de la unidad de Monitoreo y Evaluación de las operaciones de emergencias, identificando lecciones aprendidas y buenas prácticas.
Asegurar la integración de temas transversales en todas las intervenciones (enfoque de rendición de cuentas, género, protección a poblaciones vulnerables).
Liderar distribuciones de Emergencias en la modalidad que corresponda (CBT, In kind, socios implementadores).
Desarrollar actividades técnicas y operativas relacionadas al cumplimiento de objetivos del SO1 Emergencias (Objetivo Estratégico 1). Asegurando apoyo complementario a SO2 y SO3, según corresponda.
Otras funciones relacionadas al cargo en base al marco colaborativo interno del PMA/Bolivia, a solicitud de su supervisor.
