About the job:
Based in Brussels, Belgium, you will join the Agency as we embark on a journey to transform our IT services to support NATO’s Digital Endeavour. You will join the Office of the Chief of Acquisition, which is responsible for full-spectrum acquisition expertise and activities that support the planning, implementation, and sustainment of secure communications and information systems capabilities for NATO. The service line focuses on areas including Procurement, Policy, Lifecycle Management, Business Operations, and Industry Relations.
We are looking for the Head of Digital Transformation and Process Improvement to:
Lead ACQ digital transformation to drive NCIA delivery.
Manage data quality and process effectiveness and efficiency while optimizing performance standards.
Champion data management and ensure integrity and reliability of acquisition-related vendor master data.
Drive inclusive catalytic collaboration across the organization - align objectives and maximize adoption of modern digital systems and practices.

About you:
The valuable knowledge and experience that you bring to this role are:
A Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline with at least 5 years of professional experience in managing digital transformation projects and process improvement programs in a large complex environment, or a Bachelor’s degree with 8 years post related experience.
Demonstrated experience in strategic foresight, stakeholder engagement.
Proven experience in process and data management.
Experience with project management and process automation, using a combination of ERP and best of breed tools.
Knowledge of and experience with lifecycle acquisition, public procurement, service and project delivery.
Strong experience managing teams.
Experience working in a multinational environment.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
