About the job:
Based in Stavanger, Norway you will join the Agency as we embark on a journey to transform our IT services to support NATO’s Digital Endeavour. You will join CSU Stavanger which is the leading provider of Communications and Information System (CIS) products and services to locally based NATO entities. CSU Stavanger enables end-to-end CIS services and manages critical technological capabilities during peacetime, crisis and war.
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Configuration Manager who will take on the following roles and responsibilities:
·Strategic Planning
·Emerging Technology Monitoring
·Risk Management
·Data Modelling & Design

About you:
The valuable knowledge and experience that you bring to this role are:
·A minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree at a nationally recognized/certified University in a related discipline and 2 years post-related experience.
·2 years of practical experience across all the configuration management disciplines in a configuration management role
·Strong technical understanding and experience working with various IT Service Management related tools and technology (like BMC Remedy ITSM Suite v9.1 and above)
·Understanding of infrastructure solutions hosting Service Management tools and technology, including understanding of market leading database solutions (including but not limited to MS SQL and Oracle)
·Fluency in English, both written and spoken
