We are looking to recruit a Jordan Programme Director, to oversee our programme, and lead our amazing team of staff.
The role is full time (40 hours per week), working remotely 22 hours per week, and from our centre in Hashemi al Shamali 18 hours per week (during programming hours). The contract is for an initial period of one year, with a likelihood of renewal based on performance.
The perfect candidate would be a kind, patient and empowering leader, with experience in community organisations, and commitment to our long term goals of empowering young refugee and underserved girls through sports, wellbeing, and education.
We pride ourselves on investing in our staff, giving them opportunities to grow professionally and emotionally within our organisation and as we grow, we look to give our colleagues opportunities to be innovative and share in creating sustainable change within the communities where we work.
