Result of Service

• Website content in selected areas is maintained and incrementally improved, with enhanced clarity, consistency, and alignment with OHCHR and UN web guidelines, as feasible within the scope of the assignment and in collaboration with content owners. • Content contributors receive timely and practical support on escalated and more complex content matters, including strategic content requests, enabling more structured and effective content planning and management; progress on such requests is dependent on stakeholder engagement and responsiveness. • Priority content issues and improvement opportunities are identified and addressed on an ongoing basis, within agreed timelines and operational constraints. • Existing web guidelines and supporting resources are progressively refined, taking into account feedback from contributors, operational constraints, and evolving needs.
