ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXT
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (not all-inclusive, or exhaustive)
Appuyer la coordination opérationnelle courante ainsi que les activités administratives liées aux opérations aériennes, conformément aux normes et procédures du PAM.
Contribuer à la préparation de la documentation pré-vol et post-vol ainsi qu’au suivi requis, afin de soutenir la mise en œuvre sûre et efficace des vols.
Appuyer la prise en charge des passagers, l’enregistrement, le traitement du fret et les activités aéroportuaires connexes, en signalant toute difficulté au superviseur, selon les besoins.
Mettre à jour et tenir à jour les dossiers opérationnels, fichiers, bases de données et autres documents pertinents afin de soutenir l’établissement de rapports et la continuité des opérations.
Répondre aux demandes courantes des clients et fournir un appui en matière de service à la clientèle, conformément aux procédures standard, en transmettant les questions nécessitant un traitement particulier, le cas échéant.
Assurer la liaison avec les homologues internes, le personnel aéroportuaire et les prestataires de services afin de soutenir la mise en œuvre des activités aéronautiques quotidiennes.
Fournir un appui pratique aux activités aéronautiques menées au bureau et à l’aéroport, selon les besoins.
Appliquer les pratiques standard de préparation aux situations d’urgence afin d’aider le PAM à intervenir rapidement dans ses domaines d’action essentiels dès le déclenchement d’une crise.
S’acquitter de toute autre tâche requise.
STANDARD MINIMUM ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Éducation : Achèvement des études secondaires. Un certificat d’études postsecondaires en aviation, régulation des vols, logistique, administration des affaires ou dans un autre domaine connexe est souhaitable.
Expérience : Au moins quatre années d’expérience dans les domaines de l’aviation, de la régulation des vols, de la logistique, de l’administration des affaires ou dans tout autre domaine connexe sont requises.
Langues : Une parfaite maîtrise de l’anglais et du français est requise.
DESIRED EXPERIENCES FOR ENTRY INTO THE ROLE:
Expérience dans le service à la clientèle, la prise en charge des passagers, l’enregistrement ou les activités générales d’appui aéroportuaire.
Expérience en appui administratif, en tenue des dossiers et en suivi de la documentation.
Expérience dans l’appui aux activités opérationnelles quotidiennes dans un environnement de travail structuré.
Expérience dans l’utilisation des applications bureautiques standard et dans la tenue rigoureuse de dossiers et d’archives.
