Junior Expert HR - People and Organizational Development*
in Bonn
The position is to be filled by as soon as possible, with a contract duration of two years. Employment location will be Bonn, Germany. The position is remunerated with a monthly salary of 4,008€.
As Junior Expert HR - People and Organizational Development (POD) you will support our HR internal POD team in all aspects of skills and career development worldwide. Your work will include exciting and future-oriented aspects of learning as well as on-going tasks to enable our colleagues working in global and fragile contexts to achieve our mission.
Your responsibilities
- Coordinating and improving the Cornerstone-based internal learning management system, including data analytics, process, and content optimization
- Planning, coordination, and organization of the trainer-led training portfolio
- Supporting the coordination and delivery of the online Onboarding Training (e-learnings and live sessions) for new staff
- Contributing to the methodological and pedagogical development of innovative learning concepts for future-oriented learning (e.g. learning with AI, future skills)
- Co-development and piloting of a global, modular talent development program
- Support and advice for managers and employees on individual development measures
- Communication and collaboration across different teams on a global level, as well as external partners
Your profile
- A University or College degree in Adult Learning Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
- Initial professional experience and knowledge in adult education and digital learning
- Prior experience in Learning Management System (e.g. Cornerstone), authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline) and content creation (e.g. videos, podcasts) would be an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Power BI would be an advantage
- A high level of personal initiative, strong team spirit, and the ability to work independently
- Excellent intercultural communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a diverse environment with people in fragile contexts
- Eager to build your awareness and skills to incorporate data-informed approaches into your work
- Very good written and spoken English and German language skills. French language skills would be an advantage
