SUMMARY: The role is to advise EUAM Ukraine on creating and launching a Pooled Fund mechanism for external contributions, including governance, oversight, reporting, risk management, and accountability. It also includes assessing project proposals for feasibility, sustainability, compliance, and risks, supporting strategic prioritisation, and liaising with international partners and internal stakeholders involved in pooled fund management.
