DURÉE : 3 mois

OBJECTIF DU POSTE
Placé(e) sous la supervision directe du Responsable de l’unité (RAM), le/la monteur(rice)– RAM, jouera un rôle crucial dans la mise en oeuvre de la stratégie et de la planification des activités de recherches, suivi et évaluation (RAM) du Bureau pays. Le/la titulaire de ce poste aura pour responsabilité d’appuyer la collecte des données, le suivi des activités sur le terrain et la remontée régulière d’informations, en collaboration étroite avec les équipes fonctionnelles et les partenaires de mise en oeuvre.

TACHES ET RESPONSABILITES :
Sous la supervision directe du Chef de l’unité RAM, le/la monteur(rice) appuiera l’équipe sur les activités suivantes :
1. Collecter les prix des articles alimentaires et non alimentaires dans les boutiques, afin de suivre l’évolution des prix, signaler les écarts constatés ainsi que la disponibilité ou l’indisponibilité des produits alimentaires suivis par le PAM, et transmettre ces informations à la responsable hiérarchique.
2. Assurer le suivi des distributions planifiées des vivres et du CBT (GFDs, FFV, THR, etc.) à Tadjourah et Obock, en vue d’identifier et de signaler tout problème éventuel. Ce suivi est réalisé chaque mois lors du lancement du cycle pour le CBT, et tous les deux mois pour les distributions de vivres.
3. Assurer le suivi de la performance des centres de santé à Tadjourah, Obock, et signaler les problèmes observés.
4. Assurer la gestion efficace du mécanisme de plaintes (CFM) et remonter régulièrement les retours des bénéficiaires et partenaires aux unités concernées, afin de permettre une prise de décision rapide et appropriée.
5. Assurer la liaison avec les homologues internes pour garantir une collaboration efficace et effectuer le suivi des projets en cours.
6. Soutenir l’équipe RAM sur l’organisation de formations et des ateliers.
7. Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe, selon les besoins.

QUALIFICATIONS ET EXPÉRIENCE REQUISES :
Éducation : Diplôme de fin d'études secondaires.

Expérience : Au moins quatre ans d'expérience progressive dans le domaine du suivi, de la recherche ou des évaluations

Connaissances et Compétences :
• Connaissance de la collecte et de l'analyse de données quantitatives et qualitatives, ainsi que du développement d'outils et de rapports de collecte de données.
• Compréhension de la manière de travailler sur des bases de données.
• Connaissance de la conception, de la mise en oeuvre et des défis opérationnels des programmes dans le domaine de la sécurité alimentaire et nutritionnelle.
• Capacité à travailler avec précision et en détail.
• Capacité à travailler en équipe et à maintenir des partenariats efficaces.
• Capacité à obtenir des résultats grâce à une planification efficace et à l'organisation d'activités.
• Capacité à établir des priorités et à ajuster rapidement les modes de travail dans un environnement en constante évolution.
• Capacité avérée à travailler avec la technologie nécessaire pour le suivi (par exemple, des outils de collecte de données en ligne et des bases de données).
• Capacité à communiquer efficacement à l'oral et par écrit.

Langue : Maîtrise du français oral et écrit. Une bonne connaissance de la langue locale est requise.
