About the job:
Based in Mons, Belgium you will join the Agency as we embark on a journey to transform our IT services to support NATO’s Digital Endeavour. You will join the NCI Academy that offers best in class vocational training on NATO systems and services with the team Academy delivering high quality, certified and up-to-date training in C4ISR, Cyber, Command and Control and Enterprise field across the NATO community.
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Learning Solution Expert who will take on the following roles and responsibilities:
·Ensure that Education and Training are an integral part of all new NATO capabilities by implementing a 'Training by Design' approach, working closely with HQ Supreme Allied Commander Transformation (SACT), NCI Agency Business Areas, Acquisition / Integrated Product Support (ACQ/IPS) and the Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
·Provide support to the early phases of NATO Capability Development by giving input to the Training related sections of documents that are integral part of the acquisition and implementation of a new NATO capability, such as the Capability Requirement Brief (CRB), the Capability Program Plan (CPP), Price Proposal (PP), Invitation for Bid (IFB) and Statement of Work (SoW)
·Support the implementation of new NATO capabilities with specific Training by Design support
·Coordinate Training by Design activities for all three NCI Academy training domains: Cyber Defense and Emerging Technologies (CDET), Command and Control Functional Services (C2FS) and Communications and Deployable Systems Training (CDST)

About you:
The valuable knowledge and experience that you bring to this role are:
·A minimum requirement of a Bachelor’s degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline and 3 years post-related experience;
·Strong background in Learning and/or cognitive science
·A minimum of 3 years’ experience in managing projects and services in a customer facing role
·Experience with analysing business needs and translating them in to performance and learning objectives
·Fluency in English, both written and spoken
