Contexto y alcance del proyecto

El proyecto “Garantizar asistencia humanitaria integral para migrantes, refugiados y comunidades de acogida en las zonas fronterizas de Ecuador”, implementado por la OIM con financiamiento de la República de Corea, tiene como objetivo mejorar el acceso a asistencia multisectorial y servicios de protección en los corredores fronterizos del país, específicamente en Huaquillas, Tulcán y Lago Agrio. En ese sentido, una de las actividades del proyecto contempla el diseño y distribución de materiales educomunicacionales para fortalecer el acceso a derechos, promover la prevención de Violencia Basada en Género, Trata de Personas y riesgos de protección a la infancia (PI), así como difundir rutas y servicios disponibles en cada territorio.
La consultoría de apoyo en diseño y piezas gráficas apoyará la estrategia de elaboración de materiales educomunicacionales, incluidos los productos de comunicación para difundir a través de redes sociales, y para ello liderará la producción de materiales de diseño y piezas para redes sociales.

Qualifications

Formación, experiencia o competencias requeridas

• Título universitario en comunicación social, diseño gráfico, publicidad o áreas afines.
• Mínimo tres (3) años de experiencia profesional en comunicación con comunidades, publicidad, diseño gráfico o diseño en general. 
• Habilidades para la coordinación interinstitucional, redacción técnica, experiencia en temas de diseño, análisis de información sensible, comunicación intercultural y trabajo en entornos de alta demanda.
• Indispensable: experiencia previa trabajando con población vulnerable.
• Deseable trabajo previo con el Sistema de Naciones Unidas.

Presupuesto referencial

El valor de esta consultoría es de USD 3,900 más IVA, que se pagará tras la entrega y aprobación de cada producto detallado antes.

Notes

IOM covers Consultants against occupational accidents and illnesses under the Compensation Plan (CP), free of charge, for the duration of the consultancy. IOM does not provide evacuation or medical insurance for reasons related to non-occupational accidents and illnesses. Consultants are responsible for their own medical insurance for non-occupational accident or illness and will be required to provide written proof of such coverage before commencing work.
