The NRC Country Office based in Tunis supports Area Offices located in Tripoli and Benghazi. Its humanitarian interventions are based upon its programming expertise in the Core Competencies (CCs) of Shelter and Settlements, Education, and Information, Counselling, and Legal Assistance (ICLA) - Protection from Violence (PfV), with a strong focus on safe and inclusive programming, to aid people affected by conflict.

NRC’s programming in Libya has a strong humanitarian, protection and resilience focus that looks to meet vital needs through sustainable solutions to increase early recovery outcomes through integrated programme responses.
