1. Pure Storage, SAN, and NAS Infrastructure
• Administer and operate Pure Storage FlashArray and FlashBlade environments, including volume provisioning, host connectivity, snapshot scheduling, replication, and performance tuning.
• Manage enterprise SAN infrastructure across Brocade and Cisco MDS fabric switches, including zoning, multipathing, firmware upgrades, and performance troubleshooting.
• Administer NAS environments (EMC Unity and Pure FlashBlade), including NFS/CIFS share management, Active Directory integration, multi-protocol access, capacity management, and snapshot/replication configuration.
• Monitor storage performance and health across all platforms; diagnose and resolve incidents across host, fabric, and array layers.
• Support capacity planning, tiering, deduplication, and lifecycle management to optimize storage utilization and cost.
2. Cloud Storage — AWS and Azure
• Manage and operate cloud storage services on AWS including S3, Storage Gateway, EFS, EBS, and AWS Backup — including bucket policies, Object Lock, versioning, lifecycle rules, and cross-region replication.
• Manage and operate Azure storage services including Storage Accounts, Azure Files, Azure Blob Storage, Azure Backup, and Recovery Services Vaults — including soft delete, versioning, immutability policies, and lifecycle management.
• Ensure cloud storage configurations adhere to institutional security, compliance, and cost optimization standards.
3. Cohesity Backup
• Support day-to-day Cohesity DataProtect operations including protection group management, policy design, job monitoring, and incident resolution.

• Perform and document periodic restore tests to validate recoverability of backup data.
• Assist with Cohesity cluster upgrades, capacity expansion, and cloud tiering/archival configuration.
4. Scripting, IaC, and Automation

• Support infrastructure as code (IaC) practices using Terraform for cloud storage resource provisioning — ensuring standardized, repeatable, and policy-compliant deployments.
• Assist in building and maintaining operational dashboards and automated reports for storage utilization and backup compliance.
5. Storage Migration Projects
• Support end-to-end storage migration projects — including SAN/NAS data migrations, array replacements, and cloud storage migrations — with minimal disruption to production workloads.
• Develop detailed migration plans covering assessment, tooling selection, data integrity validation, cutover sequencing, and post-migration verification.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery with server, network, database, and application teams throughout migration projects.
