Mission
Enhanceprogrammedevelopment, implementation, quality assurance, and learning across all Member Associations (MAs) to ensure thatprogrammesare designed and delivered based on evidence,organisationalstandards, and best practice.
The position supports Member Associations (MAs) in implementing quality, evidence-basedprogrammesin line withorganisationalstandards and agreed methodologies. The role provides basic to intermediate technical support in assignedprogrammeareas, contributes to capacity-building activities, and supports the application of quality standards, tools,methodologiesand guidance materials.
The position contributes to learning and continuousprogrammeimprovement by supporting documentation of practices, sharing lessons learned, and feeding operational insights into team learning processes. The roleoperateswithin a structured support framework, complementing theProgrammeQuality & Development Support function and strengthening consistentprogrammequality across MAs
Tasks and Responsibilities
Provide technical supportto MA programme staff within assigned thematic areas(Alternative Care, Family Strengthening and community empowerment), ensuring alignment with organisational standards and guidance.
Assistin the delivery oftrainingsand workshops aimedtostrengtheningthe capacity of MAprogrammestaff onprogrammequality standards and relevant thematic areas.
Support the implementation and monitoring oforganisationaland international quality standards acrossMAs, andpromptly report any identified gaps or risks to the Supervisor.
Providetechnical input to MAprogrammeteams in project design and planning processes, including the development of humanitarian and development proposals, and support quality assurance checks in coordination with the Supervisor.
Assist MAs incontextualisingfederation quality requirements to local settings while ensuring adherence toestablishedstandards.
Contribute to the documentation of practices, lessons learned, andprogrammeimprovement insights, supportingorganisationallearning and continuous quality enhancement.
Support the development and implementation of MEAL tools and processes within the MA support department and across supported MAs.
Support peer learning initiatives, exchange activities, and learning sessions, including the documentation and dissemination of good practices.
Assistin the development or adaptation oftools, guidance materials, and templates, and support their implementation within MAs.
Provide support to MAprogrammeteams duringprogrammeadjustments, such as pilotingnew approachesor managing transitional phases, as assigned.
Participatein external technical forums or networks, asrequired, supporting knowledge exchange and learning processes without assuming an independent representational role.

Requirements
AMaster’sdegree isrequired, preferably in social sciences,ProjectManagement,Psychology, Child Rights, Development Studies, or a related field.
Strong understanding ofprogrammecyclemanagementand RBM(Project design,implementationandevaluation)
The position requires5–8years of relevant professional experience.
This includesdemonstratedexperience inprogrammequality,programmedevelopment, or related technical support roles within development, humanitarian, or social serviceorganisations.
Candidates should have hands-on experience in providing technicalprogrammesupport in at least one thematic area, such as alternative care, family strengthening, child and youth development, or mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS).
Proven experience in supportingprogrammeteams and applyingorganisationalquality standards is essential.
Experience contributing toprogrammedesign, planning, and quality review processes isrequired, alongside progressive involvement in capacity-building initiatives, including trainings, workshops, or learning events.
Experience working in multicultural and multi-stakeholder environments is alsorequired.
Technical Skills (withindicationof skill level;indicateif essential or desired)
Solidknowledgeofprogrammequality assurance processes andorganisationalstandards.
