Scope of work:

The Service Provider will support the Human Resources function in the Lebanon Country Program by providing administrative and operational assistance to ensure efficient HR processes and proper documentation management.

Deliverables:

  • Ensure complete, accurate and up-to-date physical and electronic HR filing systems, including properly scanned and archived documents in line with organizational standards.

  • Timely follow-up and compilation of timesheets, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and proper documentation for all staff.

  • Follow up on contract validation processes, including ensuring that contracts are properly signed and compliant with validation procedures.

  • Ensure the drafting and preparation of staff ID cards, including maintaining templates and ensuring consistency and accuracy of information.

  • Provide administrative support during internal and external audits by organizing and retrieving required HR documentation.

  • Ensure the accuracy of staff data and records.

  • Closely coordinate and provide support to the HR Officers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor University Degree, preferably in management, human resources, industrial psychology or related fields.

  • 1 to 2 years previous experience in human resources.

  • Language Skills: Excellent in Arabic and English.

  • Strong ability to prioritize work under pressure, maintain attention to detail, and coordinate multiple tasks to meet deadlines.

  • Effective time management and organizational skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, creativity, and flexibility.

  • Energetic, with great networking and communication skills.

Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
