Qualifications

ADB seeks talent who embrace our mission to reduce poverty and improve the quality of life in Asia and the Pacific. We seek candidates who have:

  • A Master's degree in relevant fields or a university degree in related fields combined with additional relevant professional experience
  • At least a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience for entry-level roles, 6 years for mid-level opportunities, and 10 years for senior-level roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Preferably with international experience working in several countries
