The assignment aims to provide operational and functional support to the Meeting and Travel Services, ensuring efficient system utilization, adherence to organizational policies and procedures, and timely identification and resolution of operational and technical issues.

Task description

To provide operational and functional support for the Meeting and Travel Services (MTS), ensuring efficient usage, compliance with organizational policies, and timely resolution of issues.

Key responsibilities include:

- User Support: Act as point of contact for MTS-related business queries; provide training and guidance to staff on system usage.
- Data Management: Validate meeting and travel requests and expense reports for compliance; generate and analyze meeting and travel-related reports for management.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps and propose enhancements to workflows; liaise with IT and vendors for system updates and troubleshooting.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to meeting and travel policies and regulatory requirements.
